Quail Eggs
This is one of my favorite foods discoveries in Vietnam.
You can buy them off street vendors or the beach in little bags of eight or so with a parcel of salt and pepper wrapped in newspaper for about 3,000 Dong. Lovely.
Everyone who I shared quail eggs with was hesitant to begin with and addicted after that. I’m looking forward to serving them at home.
