Roast Pumpkin Seeds
This was a really enjoyable thing to do and not waste the seeds. They would be really nice lightly through a salad or as a replacement to beer nuts!
Ingredients:
However much seeds you yield from your pumpkin
A lug of oil
Good lashing of salt
1. Preheat oven to a moderate temperature – say 150 degreesC.
2. Place all ingredients on a trey and put into the oven to slowly roast.
3. Turn once or twice. When golden remove from oven and allow to cool.
4. Serve.
