Hickory’s Mandarin Oil
During my recent trip to Adelaide my mother and I went to the Adelaide Farmers Markets where I scored this lovely little gem – Hickory’s Mandarin Oil.
My favorite suggestion from the lady in the stall was to dip fruit bread into it, although that may over power it.
I made the mandarin prawns simply by frying off the prawns on a high heat and drizzling with oil in the final stages. As you can see I’ve eaten some of them in rice wraps and some on their own. Delish!
