The Super Slappers of Citrus Snapper

Eating snapper with chopsticks in the center of the table is really fun. Unfortunately I overlooked getting a picture.

Serves: 2-4

900g snapper
Coriander
Lime
Salt And Pepper

1. Grab enough aluminum foil to make a bag big enough for the fish. Laying down the first half, place the fish on top. Stuff the cavity with limes and coriander. And lay limes across the skin.
2. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Serve with individual bowls of lime, salt and pepper for dipping.
