Warm Lemon Butter Dressing

Ingredients:
2 pork chops
A handful or two of green beans
2 zucchini’s sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 medium garlic clove chopped
1 tablespoon of coarsely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1. Get some water on the boil to quickly blanch your veggies and begin heating a pan for the pork lion chops. Once both the water and the pan get to a nice hot temp get the veg in the water and the chop on the pan.
2. Meanwhile prepare the chopped garlic and parsley. After a few minutes drain the veg and set aside. Return the empty pan to the heat after 20 seconds. Meanwhile turn the chop.
3. Add butter, lemon juice and garlic to the saucepan and heat until the garlic becomes soft.
4. Serve veggies on to the plate, prop the chop on top nicely and drisle with the lemon butter sauce then sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper and serve.
