Ricotta Dip

ricotta dip

This combination of flavors always works well with Italian food. I’d use the same combo to stuff ravioli or in lasagna layers.

Makes: 1 ½ cups
Cook time: 10 min

Ingredients:
500g of fresh low fat ricotta
1/2 bunch of basil chopped
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon zest
Salt and Pepper to taste
optional variation – chopped semi sun dried tomato / fresh chili
