Red Lentil & Carrot soup

Can you see I broke my bar-mix while making this one?
Serves: 4 entrée
Cook time: 20 min
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of fresh red chili
300g of grated carrots
70g of red lentils
500ml of veggie stock
75ml of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Fry cumin and chili in olive oil for one minute
2. Add carrot, veggie stock, lentils and milk and bring to the boil
3. Cook until the lentils and carrot are soft
4. Blend
5. Serve with salt and pepper
