Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1. Firstly make sure you pick lovely vibrant looking mini mini mushrooms.
2. Take them home, give them a wash and chuck them into a baking dish with a lug of olive oil, a dob of butter, a few garlic cloves (depending on quantity), some chopped parsley and thyme.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees c).
Tastes totally yummy in some of the bites of Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini.
