Mushroom and White Wine Sauce
Simply times the amount by the amount of people.
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
Knob of butter
Splash of olive oil
10 button mushrooms sliced
1 small shallot finely sliced
1/5 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of vegetable stock
2 teaspoons of flour
Pepper to taste
1. In a small saucepan melt the butter and heat the olive oil.
2. Add mushrooms and shallots and cook until soft
3. Add the white wine and cook until almost totally absorbed (5 or so minutes)
4. Add the vegetable stock and reduce by half
5. Finally add the flour and pepper to taste.
6. Serve on top a lovely tasty stake
